HOW TO MAKE PERFECT PORRIDGE

Making Porridge on the Hob using Simplyseedz Carton.
Use a small tea cup as a measure and measure one cup of porridge mix into a saucepan or bowl. Use the same measure to add 1.5 cups of liquid (milk, water, half and half). If you like a looser consistency add more liquid.
On the hob, cook on low/medium heat and stir frequently, until thickens to desired consistency, approx 5-10 mins
Microwave: Place porridge in a microwaveable container/bowl and cook on high for approx 2-3mins.
Overnight Oats (Bircher Muesli): We love our porridge prepared as overnight oats or Bircher Muesli, especially in the summer with some added strawberries or raspberries. Traditionally, apple juice* is used for Bircher Muesli, but you can overnight in oat milk or an alternative milks or yoghurt too.
*If using juice, we recommend to always dilute juice (50:50 juice to water) to reduce the sugar content.
